Everyone is probably wondering what is going on!!
First we packed(my mom, chandler, faith and lad helped... Thank you so much I wouldnt have gotten any of it done if it wasnt for my mom filling all the boxes I had), then we helped move AJ's parents and then they helped us move. Now we are painting and unpacking and lets just say it isnt going as smoothly as I had dreamed im my perfect mind. I cant imagine why? We are moved and sleeping in this house and everyday I slowly unpack a box and the front room is getting bigger and bigger. I start painting a room and somehow it never gets finished so my to do list is three pages long and consists of finish the kitchen, finish the living room, and you get the picture.
AJ finished grain harvest and then went right into potato harvest but finished quickly and with only minor set backs. He now tries to go golfing every day but only the weather gets in his way. AJ's big screen decided not to move with us, it didnt have it in em I guess. So he was lucky enough to find a good deal and WE GOT A FLAT SCREEN! It is a way nice TV and sounds so good with his birthday present but looks kind of ghetto because we havent got a tv stand to put it on (its currently on the coffee table.)
Volleyball is going well. I never in a million years thought I would be a coach but honestly it is the best thing I have ever done and I do look forward to seeing my girls every single day. I only have 5 sophomores and 1 senior, that means no subs and sometimes stressful practices. The most frustrating part is getting them to realize they are competing against juniors and seniors and even though sometimes they lose they are gaining experience, confidence and skill. After some games they look so upset, sad and so disapointed that it breaks my heart. I cant wait for them to grow and get stronger and see how they compete next year and when they're seniors. We are going to be so good!
Story time: I miss my girls over the weekend and this past week we had three days in a row where we were away. Tuesday we went to Castleford, Wednesday we had a trimatch in Valley and Thursday we went all the way to Mackay for a trimatch. The bus rides were a little stressful and without practice and being together that long I think all the girls were so sick of me and each other. Friday the girls didnt have school so we didnt have practice and the football game only made it to half time so I didnt get to see any of them and because of conference I didnt see anyone at church so I was a little bummed. On monday at practice two of them openly admitted that they missed me. I felt loved.
At times it is stressful but it is the little glimpes of greatness and the relationships made that make this so rewarding. I love all my girls and cannot wait to see them grow, mature and improve! We finish in October some time, Im kind of excited but kind of sad at the same time.
Updates: So the rumor is Im coaching Jr. High Basketball 8th grade. That starts in a couple of week and ends right before Christmas. Its six weeks long every morning at 6 AM and they have games every wednesday. Im excited and it will be good for me. It will make me get out of bed in the morning. Hopefully.
Well I think this is all Im excited for fall and the cold weather but I do not like halloween at all. Sorry I dont have any pictures! I will post when I get this house put back together I promise!I hope everyone is doing well and Happy Fall!
