Whats new???

So whats new. No one likes my modbe posts so here goes... AJ's coaching JV girls basketball and loving every minute of it, especially the bus rides. Ha ha he does like it but that was kind of an exaggeration. I'm still coaching 8th grade. Oh my goodness that is all I'm going to say. It is rewarding especially when we win in double overtime by one point in the last 2 seconds. But at 5:30 in the morning, with ten emotional, dramatic girls full of attitude, it can get a little rough sometimes. As long as they are having fun and improving that's all that matters. And we only have two games left!!!

Christmas is almost here and that is exciting! AJ and I have our shopping done so now we... I just need to keep them a secret and not talk about it. yea right I'm not doing so hot and he already figured one out. I'm still going to school. I'm sure you care but Ill give you an update. I'm half way done with Nutrition, which is a pain in the butt and I just got my English class, not excited for, but I got to get it done. And hopefully with my last basketball coaching check I can get my Doctrine and Covenants class and then for the next three months do homework every single day.

I love December because its full of basketball and I love watching my sisters Sally and Echo play basketball. AJ doesn't love that I'm cheering for the enemy but it will be a long time before I stop cheering for Raft River. at least another 18 years (until faith graduates).

The really crazy news. We got a dog. she looks like the pictures above but that's not her. We called her Tootsie Roll. because that's kind of what she looks like. Shes not potty trained unless AJ's home. I dint think she likes me, I know she doesn't but I try to be nice. And it snowed today so now it feels more like December. I'm enrichment leader in the ward and at first I was definitely excited and now I'm not. I love who I work with but I'm not as excited as I was at first and I definitely thought it was going to be a little different. Its not what I expected. Life is good though. So If you need more info... Brittany. Let me know. Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays. Happy New Year!

Kyson and Tess Koop

Kyson and Tess Koop were married on October 24, 2008 and I am so glad I went. I love Tess and she looked amazing. I put together a few pages for her and I am so retarded because for some reason I put 10.25.08 when it really should have been 10.24.08. I really need to fix that and feel like an idiot. I loved seeing everyone especially Tess and Jon and Tresa and Brittany and Sally and Tosha and Remi and Echo and my Mom.

Baby Pages

One of our friends just had a baby girl and we gave them an American Crafts 8x8 baby girl premade scrapbook. I had so much fun making it using their new Everyday line and it was something I actually finished which is a big thing these days for me(even though I did finish it on the way to Twin and wrapped in on the way to their home). Here are all but two of the pages... because I made the last two and finished the outside of the book on the way to Twin. They were adorable though. I promise.

Everyone is probably wondering what is going on!!

First we packed(my mom, chandler, faith and lad helped... Thank you so much I wouldnt have gotten any of it done if it wasnt for my mom filling all the boxes I had), then we helped move AJ's parents and then they helped us move. Now we are painting and unpacking and lets just say it isnt going as smoothly as I had dreamed im my perfect mind. I cant imagine why? We are moved and sleeping in this house and everyday I slowly unpack a box and the front room is getting bigger and bigger. I start painting a room and somehow it never gets finished so my to do list is three pages long and consists of finish the kitchen, finish the living room, and you get the picture.

AJ finished grain harvest and then went right into potato harvest but finished quickly and with only minor set backs. He now tries to go golfing every day but only the weather gets in his way. AJ's big screen decided not to move with us, it didnt have it in em I guess. So he was lucky enough to find a good deal and WE GOT A FLAT SCREEN! It is a way nice TV and sounds so good with his birthday present but looks kind of ghetto because we havent got a tv stand to put it on (its currently on the coffee table.)

Volleyball is going well. I never in a million years thought I would be a coach but honestly it is the best thing I have ever done and I do look forward to seeing my girls every single day. I only have 5 sophomores and 1 senior, that means no subs and sometimes stressful practices. The most frustrating part is getting them to realize they are competing against juniors and seniors and even though sometimes they lose they are gaining experience, confidence and skill. After some games they look so upset, sad and so disapointed that it breaks my heart. I cant wait for them to grow and get stronger and see how they compete next year and when they're seniors. We are going to be so good!

Story time: I miss my girls over the weekend and this past week we had three days in a row where we were away. Tuesday we went to Castleford, Wednesday we had a trimatch in Valley and Thursday we went all the way to Mackay for a trimatch. The bus rides were a little stressful and without practice and being together that long I think all the girls were so sick of me and each other. Friday the girls didnt have school so we didnt have practice and the football game only made it to half time so I didnt get to see any of them and because of conference I didnt see anyone at church so I was a little bummed. On monday at practice two of them openly admitted that they missed me. I felt loved.

At times it is stressful but it is the little glimpes of greatness and the relationships made that make this so rewarding. I love all my girls and cannot wait to see them grow, mature and improve! We finish in October some time, Im kind of excited but kind of sad at the same time.

Updates: So the rumor is Im coaching Jr. High Basketball 8th grade. That starts in a couple of week and ends right before Christmas. Its six weeks long every morning at 6 AM and they have games every wednesday. Im excited and it will be good for me. It will make me get out of bed in the morning. Hopefully.

Well I think this is all Im excited for fall and the cold weather but I do not like halloween at all. Sorry I dont have any pictures! I will post when I get this house put back together I promise!I hope everyone is doing well and Happy Fall!

Happy Birthday To Me!!!!

2008 Dark Blue Ink Ford Edge
It has a DVD player, Sync and 20 inch rims! and I get to leave my sunglasses in it!!

Today has been the best birthday ever and one I'll never forget. AJ BOUGHT ME A CAR!!!!!!!!
(http://www.fordvehicles.com/crossovers/edge/index.asp?SECTION=360_VIEWS) which is the nicest ever and gave me a pair of diamond earrings. I for as long as I can remember have always wanted small diamond earrings and always talk about wanted a pair of microscopic diamonds and AJ would say I already bought you a diamond. I never imagined he would actually buy me a pair and I would have to say they are my all time favorite earrings and will always be. Trent and Terisa gave us money which I am so grateful for and Tashie brought me home a utah State shirt and brought AJ some Utah State basketball shorts and a divot fixer thingy. (AJs birthday was on the 21)Trents birthday was on the 23rd and we gave him a golf wedge and I made him some cookies. The best part of the day was being able to go the Twin Falls, Idaho Temple Dedication. It was amazing and I am so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to be so close to such a beautiful temple. The day is not over!!! AJ and I are going to Declo to see my mom and dad and the kids and have a little traveling party which has become quite the tradition for my birthday because last year I did the same thing except we had a cupcake party on the malta highway dirt road turn off with mom and the kids. It was so fun and I'll never forget it. I cant wait to show my family my new CAR!!
